Delete your data
These instructions apply to Fingerprint Animations for Android, package com.fingerprintanimationlock3d.prismforge.
Remove data from your device
- Delete individual saved designs in Studio.
- To remove all private app data, open Android Settings → Apps → Fingerprint Animations → Storage → Clear storage. Menu names may vary by device. Uninstalling also removes private app storage.
- Delete exported images separately from the folder or service where you saved them.
These actions remove local designs and preferences. They do not automatically remove cloud records or cancel Google Play subscriptions.
Request deletion of cloud data
Email arshpreet@billionweb.co with the subject Fingerprint Animations data deletion. State that you want the app’s cloud data and associated anonymous identity deleted. You can email without reinstalling the app or creating a GitHub account.
The app uses an anonymous Firebase identity for AI requests rather than an email-based user profile. Your email address alone may not identify those records. Include approximate generation dates and any generation request identifier you already have. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents. If more information is necessary to identify your records, we will explain what is needed. If the anonymous records cannot be matched, we will explain that limitation.
What deletion covers
For records we can identify and verify, a deletion request covers the anonymous app identity, associated cloud images, generation records, content reports and usage counters under our control, except information that must be retained for applicable legal obligations or necessary security and fraud-prevention purposes. Any applicable exception will be explained when handling the request.
Generated cloud images, generation records and reports are already scheduled to expire after seven days. Cleanup is asynchronous, and storage recovery copies may remain for a further seven days. Anonymous identities and quota records do not automatically expire on that image schedule. Third-party analytics, diagnostics and transaction records follow the relevant provider’s settings and policies; we will explain the available deletion options where applicable.
Cancel subscriptions separately. Use Google Play subscriptions to stop future renewals. A data-deletion request does not cancel billing, and Google may retain purchase records for its legal and accounting obligations.
