Terms of Use for Control Center

These terms apply to the Control Center app for Android (Control Center: Theme & Panel on Google Play), published by Billionweb. By using the app you agree to them.

The app

Control Center opens a themed control panel over your screen with quick settings, music controls, brightness and volume sliders, shortcuts and a screen recorder. The free version includes 24 themes, the full control panel and the screen recorder, and shows ads. You can unlock more themes one at a time by watching a rewarded video ad. Premium unlocks every theme and the custom theme editor, and removes ads.

Some phone settings, such as WiFi, Bluetooth, mobile data and airplane mode, cannot be switched by apps on Android 10 and later. For those, the panel shows the current state and opens the matching Android setting. Features can behave differently depending on your phone and Android version.

Premium subscription

• Premium is an auto renewing weekly subscription sold through Google Play. The price is shown in the app and on the Google Play payment sheet before you confirm, in your local currency. In the United States it is $9.99 per week.
• Where a free trial is offered (currently 3 days for new subscribers), it is shown before you subscribe. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged the weekly price.
• The subscription renews automatically every week until you cancel. Payment is charged to your Google Play account.
• You can cancel at any time in the Google Play Store under Payments and subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge. After cancelling you keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy.
• Your subscription belongs to the Google account you bought it with. Use Restore purchases in the app to unlock it on another device signed in to the same account.
• Themes unlocked by watching a rewarded ad stay unlocked on that device. They are not a purchase and cannot be moved to another device.

The themes

The themes, stickers, patterns and artwork in the app are original works owned by Billionweb. You may use them inside the app and as your own wallpaper for your personal, non commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, extract, resell or redistribute them.

Your recordings and photos

Recordings and custom themes you make stay on your device and belong to you. You are responsible for what you record, use as a background or share, and for having the right to do so. Do not record or share content you have no right to record or share, such as other people's private conversations or protected content. Some apps block screen capture, and their content may appear black in a recording.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to record anyone without the consent the law requires, or to try to reverse engineer, resell or interfere with the app or the services it uses.

Ads

The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. See the Privacy Policy for how ads and consent work.

No warranty

The app is provided as is. We work to make it reliable, but we cannot promise it will be free of errors or work the same way on every device. To the extent the law allows, Billionweb is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including lost recordings. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. The current version is always on this page with its date.
