Common questions
The control panel does not open.
Open the app and turn on the panel switch. If it still does not open, open Android settings, Accessibility, then Installed apps or Downloaded apps, and turn on Control Center. Some phones also need battery optimisation turned off for the app so Android does not stop the service in the background. Then swipe down from the trigger position set in Customize (the top right corner by default).
Why does Control Center need the Accessibility Service?
Only to show the control panel over other apps when you swipe from the screen edge, to keep the trigger out of the way while the notification shade or lock screen is open, and to take a screenshot or lock the screen when you tap those tiles. It does not read your screen content, typed text, passwords, messages or notifications. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Why do WiFi, Bluetooth, mobile data and airplane mode open settings?
On Android 10 and later, Android does not let apps switch these directly. The panel shows their real state, and one tap opens the matching Android setting so you can change it there.
Brightness, rotation, silent mode or Do Not Disturb do not change.
Tap the tile once and follow the short explanation. Brightness and rotation lock need the Modify system settings permission. Silent mode and Do Not Disturb need Do Not Disturb access.
Where are my screen recordings?
In the app under Customize, Recordings, and in your gallery in the Movies/Control Center folder. Some apps block screen capture, so their content can appear black.
How do I record my voice?
Turn on the microphone before you start recording and allow the microphone permission when Android asks.
How do I turn the panel off?
Open the app and turn off the panel switch, or turn off Control Center in Android settings under Accessibility.
How do I restore Premium on a new phone?
Sign in to the same Google account you subscribed with, open Control Center, open Settings and tap Restore purchases.
How do I cancel?
Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, Control Center, Cancel subscription. You keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged.
Can I change my ad consent choice?
Yes. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, open the app's Settings and tap Ad privacy.
