Terms of Use for Rush PDF

Last updated: 24 October 2026

These terms apply to the Rush PDF app for Android, published on Google Play by Billionweb. By using the app you agree to them.

The app

Rush PDF lets you read, mark up, sign, scan, organise and edit PDF documents on your device. Reading, markup, signing, scanning and the page tools are free. Some tools, and saving without a watermark, need Rush PDF Pro.

Your documents

Your documents stay yours and stay on your device. You are responsible for having the right to open, edit and share the documents you use with the app, and for keeping your own backups. Redaction rewrites a file to remove the marked content; always check the saved result before sharing a document that contains sensitive information.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to try to reverse engineer, resell or interfere with the app or the services it uses.

Ads

The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. See the Privacy Policy for how ads and consent work.

No warranty

The app is provided as is. We work to make it reliable, but we cannot promise it will be free of errors or that every PDF will open or convert exactly as expected. To the extent the law allows, Billionweb is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its date.
